That is tricky!

I wonder if maybe the 'trick' isn't so much about what we shouldn't be focusing on; but maybe it's resting in the fact that a loving God will give us only as much as we can handle,

and more importantly He will walk with us every step of the way. And holding His hand is possibly a better focus than avoiding a particular problem or shortcoming.
